Sending mail/gold cross faction to alts

Still can’t be cross-realm, can it?

Nope. Other previous rules all still apply, but you can mail cross-faction now.

Damn. So the only way to get my Barthilas Horde gold to Frostmourne Alliance is still the old risky list a rock for 250k, have a friend buy it and trade the gold (which flags your account for gold selling)?

I havent done that recently but I did do that for a smaller amount Back and wrath of the lich king days.

So they look into your account and see that you’re not selling gold. Oh well

I think you can mail to alts cross realm if those realms are connected, but I’m not 100% since I play on an RP server and no RP servers are connected, so cannot test this myself.

Could find pets that sell pretty okish and just throw em in trade chat to see who would buy em. That way you keep the gold on your other server, and you start off with an ok amount on the new realm.

Plus you don’t have to go through any of that… weirdoness with your friend.

All other rules still apply,

But you can send to alts AND BNet Friends cross faction.

Unless I very much miss how the AH functions, that wouldn’t work as the servers are separate.

The pet selling is probably your best bet, or just transfer a character with a bunch of gold.

The pet method works, but do a little research first to see which ones sell. Don’t just grab one that’s 250k and try to resell it. those typically take forever to sell.

I’d grab a bunch at a much lower price because they might actually move. You can sometimes even make MORE gold depending on the server economies.

Also, if you have some epic training stones, you can grab level ones, then level them before reselling.

Thanks all I’ll try the pet method. I know I have over 100 but I’ve never looked at them.

Find a friend who has an alt on that server and yours. Give your friend the gold and his alt gives it to your alt.
