Selling characters?

So before I go on I’d like to invite Blizzard to check my account, if anything has been imported or exported and if they want to see my drivers license or passport to check if I’m indeed the same person who signed up in late 2005, please just ask.

The question is simple. I saw someone mention that you can buy and sell characters just not for real money. As in, for in game gold maybe like the gametime you can buy for gold that someone else bought for real money (in this there would be no money, just time and effort). Is this true?

Thanks :relaxed:

you cannot sell, trade or buy characters at all period.

all characters belong to Blizzard Entertainment. You can’t make transactions.

I will need your SSN, your CC, along with the 3 digit security code to confirm that your characters are you.

Thank you. I will get back to you once I have made my determination.

No.

You can transfer your characters to a new / different account. For that I think you just need the account name or email of the account. Theres no need to give anyone anything, if it was a ingame function supported by blizzard it could even be done with just the battle id.

The accounts need to be in the same name.

Hehe I get it. But it would be cool, if you play a char for a while and just realize you’re not interested and wont touch it again, might as well get a free month for it.

You can create trial characters and play them I think for up to 3 hours.

I agree to disagree with Disagree. I’m sorry I had to
