Sell me on TWW

Nah, they seem nice.

The value doesn’t even remotely reflect what is being offered in my opinion. That’s why I’m not willing to show Blizzard through my money for the expansion that I consider it appropriate. :dracthyr_shrug:

That is fine you dont have to buy it if you dont think its worth it

The biggest irony of this thread concept is that in TWW, other players’ opinions of you, how you play, or what your schedule is will mean less than ever, with a pipeline of solo instancing likely beginning as early as level 10 with dragonflight becoming the new default leveling game (and thus a chromie time option for alts) with all of its follower dungeons intact! This will take you right to 80 where follower dungeons continue to (I assume) level 90, where the open world and finally delves take over as a potential all encompassing, gear-providing endgame. That whole pipeline will scale from 1 to 5 players!

So my sales pitch… is all of that: Random players and their BS will be optional. It’s literally why I resubbed after two years away! This game is best played alone or with people you know and enjoy, and the more the game leans into that, the better!

the biggest irony of your post is that there is no irony

You do realize that we’re in the WoW forum… and talking about WoW and it’s new expansion?

Dynamic flying is a huge selling point for me. I can’t wait to fly at mach 7 while on my Invincible. I really, really hope cloud serpents are part of this system.

My guy all we have is the ‘Promotional spin’. Testing isn’t live yet. No one has any information other than what we got at Blizzcon.

Look, I value community input. I enjoy engaging with people.
If I wanted to read a list of features from a website, I would do that. I don’t. Now give it a rest.

I can’t. Sorry. I’m sure it will be fun, since it’s more WoW, but nothing about it so far is making me excited for it, other than just having more WoW to play.

Earthen? Meh. I mean, I wouldn’t say no to them, more race options is more race options, and I’m sure someone will like them, but imagine playing Alliance and having three dwarf options. At least Horde is getting a new race, I guess.

Hero Talents? Meh. With more levels of course we’d get more talents, but it feels like they just cut them off the bottom of the talent trees so they can all them “Hero Talents!” /sparkles /jazz hands. Then they gave the talents names like San’layn and Dark Ranger which just rubs salt in the wounds of players who’ve wanted to actually these things as actual classes and races.

Delves? I dunno. Maybe? I don’t think I’ve heard enough about them yet. I do like some solo content but, like, the last solo instance content was Torghast so… yeah…

All I can tell you is that TWW will probably be fun. Other than that, :person_shrugging:

Wouldnt any community input trying to sell you on TWW just be giving a list of features?

that’s literally all there is at this point.

there is nothing that “the community” knows that we can provide “community input” on that would add onto the “list of features from a website”, right now, at 7:49pm EST on March 9th, 2024.

We don’t know anything other than what you can read on the website, because the PTS is not available for the expansion. come back in a few months and ask again.

this entire thread’s purpose reeks of bad faith.

There doesn’t seem to be a Dreadlord this time. Although we’ll meet their bright leader soon… :robot::sweat_drops:

Unfortunately, I’ve never played it. I’m only familiar with FF14, which, compared to WoW, is now releasing a total of three new classes with the upcoming expansion, as well as the female counterpart to hrothgar. I find that more impressive than a lazy third dwarf recolor, at least.

How much will I be paid? Advertising isn’t cheap, you know!
