This reminds me of pokemon because I’ve been playing the gen 4 remakes and I’ve been going out of my way to avoid as many random battles as I can to make the boss battles harder by not being so overleveled.
It’s interesting to see different styles of play. For me I also get that feeling of satisfaction for beating hard content and I love solo content by far mainly because it’s more at my pace since I can just do it whenever I want to really so the Mage tower is really cool in that regard. And overcoming all those cool puzzles should have a nice unique reward at the end too.
It’s difficult to say if there’s really a good answer to this because someone might be upset like you said that they spent so much time doing these challenges only for a recolour to be put on the cash shop for $20 ya know. But at the same time no other book mount doesn’t feel great either.
Not used to it, but strongly prefer it. I take whatever steps I can to make everything as easy as possible on myself. In WoW, that only goes so far. I love the store and WoW tokens, but that doesn’t make it easier to survive certain World Quests.
I don’t raid or anything like that, so that’s basically my endgame.
Everyone who likes challenges. The two things are mutually exclusive. You either like it easy (Set difficulty to Novice) or you like challenges (Set difficulty to Insane).
I play everything on Story/Novice/Beginner/Very Easy mode, and I use console commands on top of that whenever possible.
Not being hostile but I’ll echo your passive aggressive nature back onto you champ.
I legit just want my online fantasy game to drop items. If you wanna buy store mounts thats fine. Just a difference in opinion
