In TWW, the self highlight feature was added. Basically what it does is glow your character so they’re easier to identify on screen. There’s some added things you can do like a ring at your feet as well.
Can this be expanded on a little? One thing I’d love to see is if a mob is targeting me or casting on me they could glow with an outline in a similar fashion. Lot of options there of course, but the main thing is it helps to identify what might be casting on you or you’ve got threat on.
Might be helpful for tanks. A red outline for how much threat versus me looking at my percent meter on a mob
Yeah, that was my thought as well. Another possibility is the rings at the feet of mobs could change based on threat.
On the dps side, it’s more “oh no, boss is glowing red, might be a good time to use a defensive”. Instead I, like probably so many other people am using a targeted spells weakaura that also has an audio cue. I’ve always kinda felt like that’s something that could be baked into the game somehow, and the outlines is what I think makes the most sense.
