Prior to TWW pre-patch, one could set the Self-Highlight only in combat, but now it’s either on all the time or off all the time.
I don’t see a way to have it appear only in combat. Is this just another “how it is” now?

Yeah, i’ve got a keybind set for it now, but i’m looking for a better solution.
I’ll try a macro, but it should be easy to add the option back in.
here’s what you need.
Set Self Highlight to whatever setting you want it to be (I like Outline) then put this in chat:
/run SetCVar(“findYourselfAnywhereOnlyInCombat”, 1)

Out of all of the self highlight options, there doesn’t seem to be the one i actually want. Is there any way of creating the same amount of self highlight you get from targeting yourself? I don’t need a marker or a massive glow around me, just slightly brighter would be nice 
PLease fix this blizz…I dont want it on when not in comabt.
