Is there an add-on which overrides or supplements the achievements system that is implemented and will allow me to look at completed or not complete character-specific achievements?

Example: I’m doing Loremaster on a new too. However, my achievements UI already lists several of the zones my main has done as complete (highlighted) and I cannot segregate the two characters achievements.

There’s a setting under Interface > Social > Display Only Character Achievements to Others that might do something useful for you.

There’s Simple Armory that people use for tracking mount collection type stuff. Not sure how useful it’ll be for your purposes.
