415 DH Looking for a semi-casual 2-3 raid night guild to progress through the new raid tier with. I work full time and go to school full time so my time is extremely valuable and limited. Looking for at least a 9 PM EST start time for raids any earlier I can’t guarantee I’d arrive from work on time and no later than 1:30 AM EST. Days of the week don’t really matter to me. A little bit about myself I’m a laid back and dedicated player if I say I’ll show up I will always show up. I’m a smart butt foul mouth who loves to joke around and have fun but at the same time when it comes to progression I can shut my mouth and focus. I ended up 5/9M last tier due to my guild unforunately struggling with the attendance boss up until it’s untimely demise we did not make it any further. What I’m looking for more than anything is a laid back atmosphere where I can enjoy the people I’m progressing with yet the focus and dedication to be able to at least start pushing into mythic content. My name is del, I run an alliance guild on Kirin Tor and we are looking to add more awesome individuals to our team. We raid sundays from 630-930pm pacific. (930-1230 eastern) I know its only one day per week but it works for our busy schedules 
Right now our group is small and tight knit and we are looking for more people like you to help us build our ranks. We are currently 6/9 heroic in BoD and we are 9/9 normal.
We always start the new tier in normal mode to learn fights and get geared up to go into heroics. We only raid once per week so consistancy is key to our group.

Hey you sound like a great fit for us. We have a serious but pretty laid back raiding environment and we go from 10pm-1am EST.
