No. A car can’t do what a computer can, nor is a computer known for it’s mobility and transport capabilities. Cars are cars enhanced by computers.

Technically, a calculator is a computer.
The question is, what did you mean by computer. Do you mean a device capable of computation/calculation? Or were you using, ‘computer,’ as the common vernacular for, ‘Personal Computer,’ or, PC for short?
