Seeking Alternatives for the Black Wanderer's Scarf and Cloak

Hello everyone,

I’ve recently joined the World of Warcraft community about two months ago, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the game so far. I’ve quickly developed a keen interest in character customization, particularly in achieving the perfect transmogrification for my character.

Since starting, I’ve managed to acquire the Wanderer’s Scarf and Hood in light blue and tan from the recent monthly releases. However, I’ve come across some threads discussing a black version of these items that was released back in March 2023. Unfortunately, I hadn’t started my WoW journey then, so I missed out on obtaining these.

The scarf around the neck is my favorite part about these “Sets”, and I’m on the lookout for something similar in black to complete my set.

Does anyone know of any alternative items that resemble the black Wanderer’s Scarf and Hood? I’m particularly drawn to the aesthetic of the scarf and would love to find something that complements my current gear.

I appreciate any suggestions or guidance the community can offer. Thank you for helping a newcomer out!

I don’t know of any alternatives off the top of my head. But, the rewards do pop back up in the Trading Post, so there is still hope that you can get them.

You could just wait for the midnight version to come back around on the trading post. Not sure there are good alternatives to the hood or trappings.

afaik, the only scarves are Trading Post only items, so if you missed it, you’ll have to hope they come back around at some point.

I think WOD had some mail helmets similar to the lowered hood appearance, but they were very bulky around the neck. I don’t think they came in black, either.

Ill look into this now
