I have several unresponsive items in my guild bank.
These are all items that are in stacks. They cannot be removed or moved to another cell.
If I have more of the same item in my bag, right clicking the ones in my bag will not place them in the bank. They will not be added to the existing stack nor be placed in an empty cell.
I can manually place them in an empty cell.

was cleaning out a gbank today prepping to give it away and can confirm that i couldnt remove or even move a good 1/4 of the items in it.
also when i joined my other guild i noticed my cross realm guys couldnt add things into the bank unless the same item wasn’t in it so i had to manually remove the item from bank then conbine the 2 stacks then readd it 
merged my 2 servers with all ally in 1 guild and all horde in my other guild.
edit: ntm the removing of gold problem. seems i could only do 5 or 10k at a time after adding 1 gold after every withdrawl

Long standing issue since original prepatch they havent addressed for some reason.
