Secrets of Azeroth Event is not available

The Secrets of Azeroth questline is not working past the first step. Once “The Inquisitive” achievement is received, Bobby Carlisle does not offer ‘A Secretive Contact’ quest to continue the questline. The quests also cannot be completed by alts as the Tuskarr Ceremonial Spear is not offered again by Preservationist Kathos.

Edit: the Thinking Cap Notes have appeared in my bag. Thanks!

I don’t see this step in the guide.

It says that after you get the achievement, just go to Bobby and get Thinking Cap Notes.

Thanks Tovi,

I did check and Bobby was not offering the Thinking Cap Notes yesterday. Just his usual spiel.

I checked again just now and the Thinking Cap Notes have appeared in my bag!
