Anyone else having an issue with starting this quest? I looked on wowhead (as thats what blizz always tell you to with these tickets)? I can not start it and the item isnt in my bag.

This whole event is ridiculous. None of my toons can pick up the quest. I submitted a bug issue and I got the generic responses none of which helped. This is a timed event and blizzard is absolutely flubbing this one every step of the way. Very very frustrated.

Having the same issue. This is the only one that has been bugged for me. Nothing is popping up on multiple characters to start it.

I had this problem too when trying to get this quest yesterday. It appeared for me at server reset this morning, but after completing it, I now can’t get the day 11 quest. I guess I will just be a day behind for the rest of the event?

Quest not available for me either, have done all the prior steps and have exhausted all day yesterday trying to figure out a way to get this to show up

Please, Blizzard! Prioritize this event utmost and deliver a fix for this bug (and others in this chain of events). It’s ridicolous knowing that it will end on Sept 14th and by then if this ain’t fixed, we basically wasted our time…

its not timed, also check your bags for any of the items required for the next step. I had one of the items in my bag even though I didnt talk to the person who was suppose to give it to me.

Same bug here. Didin’t get the banner, can’t talk to NPCs through any part of this section and get helpful responses from Customer Service like “look at WoWHead”. In my report, I listed all the steps I had tried, including looking at WoWHead, but just got a canned response that showed no one had actually read my ticket.
