Seems some were able to get the achievement, however in my situation, I got the quest from Bobby Carlisle, There Are Always Listening. Then respectfully you had to fly to Fangli which I turned in but did NOT receive the new quest Complete Inventory. Just straight out marked complete. Follow thru with 3 different Alts, same exact thing. No quest no achievement. And I still have the note. At this point not even the fix done not too long ago didnt work for me. I can’t even progress to Day 13

I’m having the same exact issue. I got the quest from Bobby Carlisle “They Are Always Listening.” No quest was given for complete inventory by Fangli.

Yeah, this glitch is terrible. While others got it, I guess we got the worst of it. I cant even complete this event. Total deadlock at this point,

I am unable to pick up They Are Always Listening even though I have completed and have credit for “Kirin Tor Knowledge”
Updated: I had Fangli’s Notes in my bags already …
This is what happened to me:
Fangli’s Notes advise two coordinates. One is upstairs the Roasted Ram. After looting the chest, Ireceived the Maruuk Burial Banner. Thejn I took the banner to “Appraiser” Sazsel Stickyfingers located at 62.82, 72.86 in a building. I got the quest Preservationist Cleared after speaking with them. The quest requires you to return the banner in the chest that was found upstairs in the Roasted Ram. The quest is now complete and can be turned into Fangli Hoot. Inside Job was completed. After this was completed, I was able to get They Are Always Listening. Essentially I had to day 3 over…

Did you do a bug report? I did. They have not been helpful so far.

Yeah, I submitted a Bug Report but they only do basically front end issues like missing items, character stuck, etc. They informed me this is more of a back end issue with the quest itself not prompting.

Yeah, I got the Fangli Note which was directing me to the Artifact Storage Locker (which was Day 1 i think). The last one I got from here which marked quest complete but didnt get the Complete Inventory was the “Great Places to Visit in Valdrakken” Note. So basically I got the note, but not the quest that follows it.

I followed your method you PM’ed me and it worked. Even if the quest didnt dropped, you can still gotta follow thru and locate the notes (so yeah gotta pay close attention to them). Once thats done, the quest Complete Inventory will prompt to turn in BUT you need to do this. When u approach Fangli, you gotta:
Click for quest window complete DO NOT CLICK COMPLETE
Backup at least 5 steps,
Walk to her again
Gotta do this three times. At 4th attempt, then complete quest and it will prompt the achievement.
