Secrets of Azeroth - Day 11 Kirin Tor Knowledge

I have been unable to pick up the quest for Day 11. Bobby Carlisle in the Valdrakken Inn doesn’t offer me the Kirin Tor Contact’s Note.

I’ve completed all Secrets up til now, including having already completed Day 12 (Under Suspicion).

Are there any work around to be able to complete Kirin Tor Knowledge?

I completed Under Suspicion today because it was in Valdraken and I didn’t pay attention to the order. Now I cannot turn in Kirin Tor Knowledge or get A Curious Orb?

I don’t know if you’ve found an answer to your issue yet, but just in case you haven’t: I also could not pick up the Kirin Tor secret. I hopped on an alt and was able to pick it up, even though I had not done the previous secrets on that alt. Good luck!
