The bartender in Valdrakken should have the quest and there is nothing. 
Been reading that this is bugged. Any idea if it will be fixed before the event is over.
I don’t know that it will all be fixed by the time the event ends but it should not make a difference since all of the Secrets content is going to be available after the event ends. My issue with the event got fixed during the weekly reset and I was able to catch up.
