I turned in the prerequisite quest for this and the NPC that provides the quest Second Sight disappeared, so I am unable to continue the quest chain.
I have the same problem, dropped the quest 3 times same issue. I have no addons and reset everything.
I am also having this issue on a timerunner. I had abandoned the following quest, Demons Among Us (unsure why though 
), and now when I try to complete this quest chain my character is already in the phase where demons are already attacking instead of when the NPCs are in formation before the demons are revealed. And the moment I turn in âAudience with the Warchiefâ to Allari she is instantly phased out because I am not supposed to be in the demons phase until after I turn in âSecond Sightâ (which I cannot start because Allari phases out before I can accept it). With the use of an automatic quest completion addon I can grab âSecond Sightâ but Allari still phases out before I can move slightly with Spectal Sight pre-activated to complete the quest and turn it in. I have tried Party Sync with another player in the area but I believe I did not do it at the correct time so I was not correctly phased, and it might also just not work even if I did it correctly.

Iâm experiencing the same issue. I turned in Emissary (previous quest), and then briefly saw Second Sight flash as a quest option before it disappeared. Now Iâm stuck in the phase where demons are attacking and I canât pick up Second Sight. Tried exiting and coming back into the game. no luck
Has anyone else found a solution to this?
Having issues as well. I did the prereq, took this quest and used my Spectral Sight, which completed it, but then I couldnât see the npc to click, I figured she had disappeared. So I abandoned, hoping sheâd reappear and I could do it over. But no â!â appeared after I abandoned. The NPC is walking around âdetectingâ demons up and down the path. You can kill them and all, but she doesnât seem to disengage from her patrol detecting demons, so I cannot pick up the quest again.

There is another thread where people have had the issue as well. I donât see any action from Blizz to fix it though. Kinda sucks.
