Second pass for the Legion Allied Races heritage sets needed!

We can see a glaring improvement with the delivery of the recent heritage sets. Now it’s common practice to add color and model variations - fairly enough, it is deserved.

However, I feel with this, the Legion’s sets could benefit from having a ‘second pass’ with their assets.

Nightborne
They need a gold/red variation from their silvery sets, to match their new customization options. Also a variation of the chestpiece and shoes to make this silhouette we see in many Nightborne military NPCs.

Void Elves
I don’t have a lot to add or take from their sets, is really beautiful and unique, however it would be great if the ‘void wings’ were separate from the chestpiece. Or at least a version of chestpiece without it and an a version of the cape that is just the wings. Sometimes I really wanted to add the void wings to other items.

If we’d keep the idea of adding a variation of their set, maybe a different chestpiece to cater more towards casters:

Lightforged Draenei
It’s wild how we already have different color variations for their sets ingame and yet it’s not updated.

And also, a skirt variation for casters is overdue, like the other races.

I don’t play HMT, so I don’t know how to suggest things for them, but I suppose the same logic of adding a ‘robes/skirt’ variation would apply.

Supposedly there was another color for Nightborne that was scrapped.

Sounds a lot like something Blizzard does a lot.

Oh wow. Well, there it is, I forgot they also had this variation.

Now they would just need to add the more exposed version as a chestpiece variation. It’s a shame that the Body 1 in this set is completely covered from head to toe, making Nightborne body tattoos kind of worthless with their own heritage set.

I really want the red/gold nightborne set

I’d also like a variant that does not have the robe part and doesn’t remove all the cool armor bits around the hands and hips. Removing the chestpiece/robe ruins the whole set. Maybe the hip armor could be attached to the belt or pants?

And I’m still mad the male version covers the whole torso. Why would they cover a nightborne’s torso? All the NPCs show off their tattoos but the player is wearing an old man robe.

Exactly this. It’s crazy how we see so much work into the other Legion’s heritage sets from head to toe, and Nightborne get bland items for pants and shoes that are worse than Legion quest items.

Attaching to the belt could be a good thing. Also separating the bottom of the skirt as the leg item, because the actual pants are really bad.

Its also time every heritage armor set also gets a set of weapons to go along with it. For all races not just ARs.

Sounds similar to something coming to the Dracthyr visage form.

Yeah. I wonder if these are their heritage sets, because given the matching color variations to their customization options, it looks like.

100%! The shoulders and buckle can also match the current customization on Dracthyr.
