Do you have/get second hand embarrassment.
I’ve noticed lately, and rather increasingly, that people who do poorly and they have no one else to blame, will dip out of a run.
Last instance was we had a Hunter (over geared/highest score) that died about 4-5 times in a row to their own stupidity. Group was still good and we were still in line to time, but they just randomly dipped out without a word or warning. No one said anything to the Hunter, we just kept on trucking along until he left.
Can only imagine it was simply embarrassment and he couldn’t quite handle it. Does this happen to you?

I usually don’t get tilted during a run, but if my internet starts having a heart attack and I can’t play, I’ll dip. Nothing more fun that moonwalking and pulling random mobs, lol.

Only time I’ve dipped on something like that is if a tank keeps pulling, makes a skip I’m unaware of, and I face roll into a pat or pack of monsters I wasn’t expecting when trying to run back. Less likely on my drood, cuz of kitty stealth helping out. But I’ve face rolled tons of unexpected messes left on other classes - simply because you’ve no idea what route/method/skip peeps are executing.
Someone who dies 4-5 times due to their own stupidity most likely lacks the self awareness to know it’s their fault. They are probably quietly blaming the healer or tank and left.

I only rage or get embarassed when im lagging/having internet issues, it makes me sick

I’ve seen this 4x this season and all of them were Ragnaros players. Two of them died 1x to idiotic stuff and just insta-logged, the other two had a bunch of chain deaths and eventually dropped group. Ridiculous stuff.
I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt…but I don’t think so lol they’d have had the same problems in the same dungeon, even worse as this wasn’t the highest level of that dungeon they’d completed.

No. I usually say something, like “Damn!”
Also you can’t really say it was something that player was doing. It may have been more that something was going on at that players end that caused the deaths and then the poof gone.
That’s what I do when I’m interrupted and get too annoyed, I just leave. Both ingame and irl.

I get second-hand embarrassed at people coming into PvP with around 1000k health, it’s usually a red flag they are in either PvE gear, or haven’t bought PvE starter greens.
1500k or above is what’s normal, you’re basically entering with 66% health lol.
And whenever I offer my suggestion to get PvP greens off the AH, they get mad at me and call me elitist.
These are casual bgs, mind you, I just want to get my daily win.
Some folks would rather be fodder and go in completely blind, get steamrolled, than receive any help whatsoever.

Nah, I’ve barely touched my hunter. Not sure I’ve even run a key with him yet in S4. I have no problems owning up to my shortcomings. And i’m not easily embarrassed either lol

Yes, in the vortex pinnacle: A hunter standing out in narnia was being targeted with lightning lash and I gripped him into the safe zone
He then jumped out and died.

See, in situations like this, i tend to just think that they were lagging out really badly and after a few deaths, they decided to just leave instead of causing the group any more troubles.
I think all too often these days, people like to go for the worst possibility first.

So it wasn’t accidental deaths, which is why I don’t think it was lag.
He had 1 interrupt, no stuns, no other traps half through the dungeon. Died from standing in things he shouldn’t have. Kept up with the group outside of that, was able to deal with boss mechanics for the most part.
This wasn’t typical lag like scenario/actions
I love to stand outside the zone in Timewalking to freak people out, and pop turtle and goof while immune to damage, just to scare people.
It’s also very easy to tell who ‘knows’ these dungeons based on who goes into the electric pyramids, lol.
