Same here. Quest showed complete (talk to NPC displayed as “optional”). NPC despawned and never came back. Abandoned quest to reacquire and start over and it is gone. Help?

What is the location for the 2nd statue? Since there is no ! or ? marker on the map, I don’t know where to look for her at least.
