Role play anyways. Use the first PVP server in your zone as an RP-PVP server, and the normal one as the RP server.

Gotta agree with everyone here Blizz, really disappointed to not see an RP PvP server. Grobb, Deviate Delight, and Bloodsail had the best communities hands down

It could be that people don’t really want faction balance, but would prefer to move to servers where they are dominant, and thus getting what they pay for.
I’m not a fan of transfers really, but as long as people are paying to do so, while continuing to play, there doesn’t seem to be any sort of incentive for Blizzard to make changes that would change that behavior.

Please don’t do this - just add more layering for that realm.
But if you really must go down that path - then let the database name be shared with another paired realm, so in the future you can merge them and not have any issues with renaming characters / guild
