Season of Discovery: Night Elf Rebellion

Slight correction. Lady Ashvane did that. Katharine left Jaina at Ashvanes mercy. Katharine had no idea that Ashvane was sending Kul Tirans to that island and thus Thros.

“I want these two characters that had nothing to do with this characters death to die because reasons”

Erevien, you need help, seriously.

I think we can dismiss the idea of Zin-Azshari being the center of a pacifist, peacefully expanding empire out of hand because that’s just an inherently absurd idea. Empires expand through conquest and military might. That’s just how Empires work.

50% = 90%?

Both cannot be true.

I never said it was bloodless. What I am against is the interpretation that the night elves was a nation hellbent on war conquest/that they started the conflict between the trolls.

Except for the actual dawn of civilization when there wasnt any hard borders. Most of Kalimdor proper would probably more akin to the wild west in that it was large swaths of lands that was virtually uninhabited. And that the night elves probably mostly left sentient species as long as they go anywhere near their new fancy cities.

Point stands regardless.

Not really. You keep switching the numbers. Why is that?

We do.
Nelves thought negatively of all other races, and agreed with Azshara.
We know what Azshara thought.

While they certainly thought themselves superior they were perfectly content to remain isolationist/not conquer other species.

We do. And she didnt give a damn about conquering other people and actually considered conquest barbaric/beneath her and born of the troll primitive status.

Sure she wanted to be worship. Sure she wanted to be a goddess but that her method has never been though the point of the sword(as shown by her actions in BFA). She would you rather ultimately end up worshipping her.

The point still stands

Answer the question. Stop avoiding it. Why do you keep switching between 50% and 90%?

Irrelevant. As the points the stand

Why does it stand?

You cannot keep a straight argument. If you keep having to switch between two completely different set of numbers, you have no point. You are simply lying out of your butt.

If you don’t understand that the Kaldorei conquered most of the known world at that time, that’s your problem and nobody elses

Does it matter what percentage when we have seen the maps before and after Pax Nelfana?

Them stopping their conquest eventually(After taking more than 3/4 of the continent) doesnt make them isolationists. They conquered many before stopping.

This argument is a bit absurd. We have all seen the chronicle map showing their borders. Point is they comquered most of it.

But why do you keep switching between how much? Did you actually sit down and work out how much they conquered using the chronicles map?

There is a big difference between 50% and 90%. Just admit that the 90% was hyperbole.

But not 90% like they keep trying to claim. As anyone with eyes can see.

Still conquered most of the known world

So what was the ‘known world’ then?
