Your mistake is the same as almost everyone else’s here; you assume everyone plays exactly what you play, how you play it. That’s a personal problem. Figure it out.

Seriously, just bring back GDKP so the economy can flatten out, it helps everyone out as a whole.
I thought it was great was to carry a raid slot with your giga geared character, get consumables, enchants, gems, and even your respec costs covered.
It beats doing laps in incursions, unless you enjoy getting reported for camping players at the steps.
I think Blizz should have integrated a GDKP system in the first place. It would work

Your dev team clearly has no idea what “we” want. Stop delaying and give us P4, majority of us here don’t play retail or cata and have been well done with P4 weeks ago. P3 was garbage btw - do better
Edit: I haven’t been able to get a STV group after 8pm for 3 weeks, our servers dead, why do I want this for another 5-6 weeks?

I know we’re failing horribly right now, but maybe if we bring back another horrible failure that will fix things.
What ever happened to reworking the level 50 class quest items? Just swept under the rug? Instead just gave us all the crap instead of having to choose crap… lol
or you could have the player base get bored and leave.
then you have no raiders left, and everyone who sticks around is farming gold in incursions for no reason

Ask yourself why Classic Era is still kicking, GDKP brings in a community more than Quests in the back woods where everyone is racing to get out the fastest.
I don’t think they ever promised anything in that regard.
That said, I wish they did update these. The loot this phase was horrid. Class Quests are such a cool concept and its sad that they’re basically a nothingburger in SoD.
Well, you did it. You killed SOD in one post. Numbers are tanking. We lost 7 people today all to “maybe see you guys in p4”. P4 needed to be pulled up, not pushed out. Too bad, almost made it. Just remember this as the decision that killed it.
Well Phase 3 killed our guild so we had to merge… and now the merge ST run is dead only 10 signed up this week. Good timing. We are down to 1.5 groups and unfortunately the guild were merged with is obviously prioritizing veterans for the only run which is understandable. We had 3 ST groups.
yeah, we had two groups active before this announcement… after, neither groups are able to get 20 signup, and people are still trying to cover with alts.
it looks pretty obvious Blizzard does not have staff to work on both, Cataclysm & SoD - so their teams used all their time to push Cataclysm and now SoD is total out of schedule, with no dates whatsoever to disclose because the likes are, they have not started yet - and appears it will be another couple months until we have new content in SoD, bots will have such an upper hand when Phase 4 is released… I can only imagine how bad the economy will be at the first few weeks.
Man… I remember the day Portal, Team Fortress 2 and Half-Life: Episode 2 launched ON THE SAME DAY!! Only reason they want Cata to breath is THE WOW TOKEN and baiting people to buy level 80 boost.
Still, STILL after the goblin left the company they are still only thinking in green.

This is a big problem right there. There shouldn’t be one team for both. Needs dedicated team for SoD. approaching 5 months for Phase 3. Hard to tell if it’s a blizzard resource issue or just their only idea to milk subscriptions. April, May, June, July, August all Phase III. Should at least revert the ST 30% nerf so it’s challenging.

go log into SoD and see how long it takes you do to any group content right now. I haven’t played in a few weeks and from what I see on here, I’m betting you’re gonna be waiting a while
Unfortunately “didn’t last long enough” doesn’t correlate to “rushed”. They had all the time in the world to release it properly - they failed to do so like with the other launches they’ve had.
Phase 3 can take years and phase 4 will still be a half cooked launch.
