Rogue and warrior nerfs when?

If melee hunter was to high, they are as well as they both were passed melee hunter at the time of the nerf.

Relax, melee hunter was barely touched all p2 and destroyed every other melee while rogues were bottom feeding and warriors were subpar till BIS. I bet you didn’t say one word in p2 to nerf hunters so they could be more on par with rogue and warrior lmfao.

Losing 30% raptor strike damage on dual wield which completely killed the SV build path of p2 was “barely touched”?

90% to rockbiter. Take all of your nerfs and add them together and you still wont reach 90%.

Explosive shot nerf does from day 1 hotfix.

You mean the bug fix? Because it was doing its total damage on every tick rather than that number over the full course of the spell?

It wasnt a bug fix.

It was redesigned. And resulted in the single target damage of the ability being cut by about 90%.

Explosive shot launched as a single target damage ability like wotlk/cata explosive shot.

If i recall correctly the tooltip stated that it was intended to do ~24 dmg over the full duration but each tick of the ability was doing 24 damage. So im assuming they decided to just grab the wrath one because they were too busy/lazy to fix it properly.

No, the tooltip said it did X damage per second for 3 seconds and that is what it did.
At lvl 10 it was dealing about 100 damage per tick because it had 1.0 rap /3 +base damage. And with aspect if the hawk hunters hunters were hitting close to 100-150 rap which was making explosive shot deal 100+ damage a tick.

It was working as designed but it had a huge rap scaling. Which got nerfed to 0.1/3 + base damage and turned into aoe.

Ngl 100 damage per tick at level 10 seems like either an oversight or a unintended bug.

Not like others didnt get massive power from one rune or another.

Keep in mind that at the time it shared CD with aimed shot and arcane shot.

Yes it was a little to strong, likely needed the scaling toned down to 0.5-0.7, or the base damage changed to 1 and let 99% of the damage come from the 1.0 rap scaling.

Instead they gutted the base damage and scaling, and made it aoe. And every time they have buffed it after that gutting of a rework they have only buffed the base damage. Which means the damage done from naked, to bis, is a small difference, which greatly helps bots do their aoe farms because they dont need gear to do it because so much of explosive shots power is in the base damage…
