Blizzard caving to bad players who whine hard enough once again. Consider me unsurprised. Guess all you have to do is be a big enough baby on the forums.
Really cool that Druids, Shamans, Priests, and to a slightly lesser extent Mages, and Warlocks just get to 100% hard counter Ret Paladins. I guess the only classes Blizzard will allow Ret Paladins to be able to fight against are Rogues and Warriors. Everyone else just gets to kite them for free.
Yeah it does nothing, they should have lowered the CD and made it regen health too.

Don’t know if you tried using the tanking spec but the whole not being over to overlap blade dance is like the worst game design ever
Can we get shaman weapon enchants to be 30 mins instead of 5mins?
Where’s the tuning for healing classes? No other role has one class dominating like healing Priests are right now. Shaman’s and Paladins need buffs to their healing runes. The buff to Shamanistic Rage is nice, but makes Earth Shield an even worse choice than it already is.
We gonna be nerfing Druids being able to use sunfire in Cat/Bear form? Make it an ability that can only be used in melee range maybe or 30 sec cooldown? Nerfing paladins is so annoying.
And priests escape nerfs to their healing yet again 
Please nerf Paladins they are OP.
Please nerf Priest healing, they really need some healing nerf.

Doubled almost nothing to almost nothing, nice.
Earth shield could heal for infinity hp and you still wouldn’t take it over rage, its a pvp rune
30% weapon damage → 10% of that damage is inflicted on yourself → 10% (20% now) of THAT you return in mana for yourself and the raid. Now that small miniscule amount has been doubled. No one is taking martyrdom over divine storm.
ES actually sucks in pvp as well, currently. Rage is better for both pvp and pve.
Twisted fate and void plague still share the same rune?? The only two good spriest runes on the same spot
A welcomed change on the pally slow but leaving priests untouched is toxic
