This seems like a decent change, the cd was faaar too long and made the event just mroe awkward and slow.
You should also make debuff drop once you attack someone if thats not already planned. Fighting off people who had a debuff was lame.
Should have buffed wrath damage instead of starfire damage, you don’t even have the mana to use starfire many times in a boss fight
due to the nature of PvP and especially Free-For-All PvP, you will encounter frustration at times.
I’m still not sure you guys know what free-for-all means.
You have no idea if it is or isn’t. It’s not live yet. Once you raid Gnomer you’ll know. This just seems like a huge increase in DPS in Gnomer though with 66% buff to Starfire.
Please Please Please make infusion of light grant 30% increased damage AND healing, and reduce the CD on holy shock.
Sacred shield also scaling a little higher would be nice, the actual shield portion of it, to be exact, not the dot.

I recognize that the new changes when you ressurect will help people reset BUT for Warlocks, and probably hunters too, PLEASE can we spawn with our most recently summoned pet, like we do in BGs. 20s Is not enough time to cast armor, summon a pet, drink to full. Then also if you’re using Meta, you have to go into Meta after drinking to full, then drink back another ~50% of your mana. That’s nearly a full minute of downtime before being ready to fight again.
Another point about using Meta in PvP as a lock both for the event and ust out in the world, the mana cost is so punative considering how often we need to re-cast it after every time we mount it’s borderline unplayable. I get that the design is such that you don’t want us to freely shift between, but maybe if Meta doesn’t have a mana cost if you cast it while mounted? Just an idea.
It should be default OFF on PvE realms and default ON for PvP realms.
We hope this comes to your attention. At the current moment it appears that Starsurge is receiving a double application of the +30% Spell Critical buff. We expect this is from the old version of Eclipse that gave both Wrath and Starfire +30% Spell Crit. However, when Eclipse was changed to -1.0s off of Starfire, the spaghetti code remained for Starfire somehow (or it’s some other bug). Which, Starsurge benefits from.

Additionally, if you test Eclipse in a duel, we used Druid vs Druid, you’ll notice that the 70% spell pushback reduction isn’t functioning.
They should add a line to Eclipse that says “Reduces Starfire’s Mana Cost by 50%”

Starsurge is like… 60% of damage on the meters atm and the 66% damage increase is only on the use so like…no it won’t. It’s a big overall nerf to damage. They want boomies to be a meme again.
