buff resto/ele/enh dps shaman. no one wants to take anything but tanks and this is the second phase in a row where dispel matters in a pve encounter. yes people can bring faps, but come on you know how people are.
Well thought out adjustments, I hope Ashenvale is fixed to still give decent WSG rep, but beyond that it is nice to see them not taking a heavy hand before more data is available when it comes to class balance.
What % of spellpower was it gaining before? If it was gaining the full 100% (as if it was treating it as Starfire) then this is going to be a huge nerf for them over all.

Hunter pets out dps balance druids, and mages and warlocks are soloing SM, but yeah nerf balance druids

I sincerely hope that you rethink the balance druid fix. Starsurge was very strong but a 66% damage increase to Starfire is next to nothing. You have created a damage profile around wrath and starsurge with runes and starfire has all of the downsides with none of the benefits.

A dev jus trolled or something happened, the debuff Will only last 20 secs. Thats enought time for not needing to see who has it.

Chaos bolt and Lava Burst aren’t a big deal because they have counterplay since they have cast times. There is literally nothing you can do besides LoS or out range an instant cast. That’s why Starsurge and Shadow Word: Death are such big outliers when it comes to balance but also because of their ungodly damage numbers. Glad to see Starsurge addressed, hope to be able to exist for more than 7 seconds in PvP now.
