I am stuck at 2543 io. I spend most of my play time just watching people decline my request. I can’t even get into +10 groups for keys I have already completed. No Lust, No Brez AND the lowest overall Plate wearing Dps. Please send help, I wont last much longer. Best regards ~ A faithful Fury/Arms Warrior

Here’s the truth, you’re technically behind the gearing curve at 623 ilvl, you’re competing with people queueing up with 628+ ilvl and another 100-200+ to their m+ score so they’re generally going to get invites over you. So making your own groups is a good idea.
My advise as someone who’s pugged to 2694 as a ‘non meta spec’ Arms playing purely Colossus is the following.
Make friends as you play, if there’s a discord linked get on that and make it a good time.
Focus on your role and do the best you can, right now both Colossus Arms and Mountain Thane have the capabilities in keys to compete with the meta when played well, so you’ve got two solid options to utilise if you don’t want to tank.
As for lack of utility that you’re complaining about that we don’t bring.
No Bres?
You can spend some gold and get the Engy made bres everyone has access to, and if you do have them NOTE it on your keys you’re trying to enter. People are more likely to invite players who are prepared vs those who are not.
No Lust?
That’s fine you’re most likely going to want a shaman in your ideal group anyway so there’s zero point doubling up on this.

Too bad because we’re getting nerfed next patch. Some of us are still playing Warrior DPS instead of either tanking or re-rolling to Ret or UH/Frost DK so we needed more nerfs, especially making sure our target caps for our main AoE CDs are reduced to 5 from 8, the 1 thing we do well needed to be nerfed, there’s still incentive to bring Fury Warriors to keys and Blizzard doesn’t want that.

Really your advice should just be how to act in general and regardless of anything else. The disposability of other players is a topic I could go on a pretty good rant about.
However, the fact your strategy is basically to make yourself more socially desirable, to compensate for not being mechanically desirable, really says something about the state of things. The developers are earning the warrior hate they are getting right now when they go after what is good about the class while making relatively meaningless buffs to the shortcomings.
Any reasonable person who has been in a group with an equally skilled and geared warrior and DK should be scratching their head at this. It really feels more like a solution in search of a problem.
Or balancing classes for world content.

I mean you’re not wrong in the slightest, but that’s an aspect we can never escape given the fact that we as a species are a socially inclined it’s always helpful to have good social skills.
MMOs and gaming in general is an escape from reality in your spare time (or for those unfortunate few it’s their only “fun” moment of life), but still has social ties within it when you’re looking at small scale group content.
If given the choice you’re going to generally prefer to run your keys with friends as opposed to randoms, but those randoms could also be potential friends. The amount of times I’ve had btag adds after a key from it’s inception legion onwards and then have gone back and played with those people every now and again when schedules align is just a testament to what’s involved in keys isn’t exactly just about class/spec balance.
Now that’s not the only way I’ve personally gotten into groups every single time, but it’s helped create a curated list of people I know are good enough to get the content done if there are spots open in their groups or in my groups season to season.
There’s no doubt some specs are tuned higher for M+ than others, but even with the nerfs that warrior has copped this season, some valid and some invalid you can still play the content and time the keys.
By no means have I ever personally been a “Meta chaser” either, I’ve always made groups with synergy in mind between classes for the utility needed for a smooth run, I’ve seen countless “meta” players who were absolutely terrible at the game and countless “non meta” players who did well in their chosen spec.
Yeah it’s a bit awkward when you’re designated to a filler spot role as opposed to “mandatory utility” for a key, and balance should be tighter across the board but that’s just not how WoW has ever been in the past unfortunately.
Learning how to network and socialise to further yourself is a good skill to have at the end of the day in any aspect where other humans are involved.

Well there was a lot of my game social ranting done for me. 
I still miss openraid because it was a great way for people to tell your future group how much of an asset, or just a$$, you are. Building a huge friends list is good, but it is also a rather lousy barrier to entry for newer players when everyone is picking from them.
Honestly it can’t be balanced and shouldn’t be. Proper group content balance can be thought of a game of paper rock scissors. You want hard counters both ways, so you bring a proper balanced team so you can deal with “paper” “rock” or “scissors” situations, and avoid your “scissors” group meeting a “rock.” Conversely, for the player, it feels really good when you’re a “scissors” class meeting a “paper” situation.
Right now Blizzard doesn’t seem to be moving warriors into any sort of hard counter role, while moving them out of the deals with large group of low HP enemies counter role.

About the Bres ~ Noone is going to invite me because I have a stack of Bres potions in my inventory. Why wouldn’t they just wit for a Ret, Unholy, or Frost DK.
To your point about Shaman. Great healer with Lust agreed. Cap Totem is also a great AoE stun with a optional Reset which just makes our Stuns more useless because of DR.
To your point about friends. I am a Firefighter so I get to enjoy plenty of time off and play some while at work. I have a work buddy I play with. He is a Ret Paladin. I have 0 issues getting into groups when we que together. We are Both 627 ilvl and he does plenty of off-healing BoPing and all the Paladin things, all while out DPSing me. I would love if this were a skill issue as I would have something to work towards.
This is my 5th season in a row getting KSM as a Fury/Arms warrior and I just feel the need to keep the conversation going. As do we all here. I have faith in blizz. I can feel something cooking.
To be clear. I am OK with minimal utility, BUT if that is the case, give us a complex rotation that has the portential to ZUG, friggen ZUG the charts.
I want to look back and say Yes! Carpal tunnel ws worth it.

Please send me whatever you’re having. The faith was derailed after the second nerf. The most recent set of attempted “fixes” have basically assured me that whoever is behind tuning doesn’t interact with Fury as a spec at all.

We lack utility, damage, and survivability. We are a triple threat in the worst way possible. It is insane it takes years to fix these issues that have been known and documented. Warrior requires better talents and more baseline abilities. We need buffs to ignore pain and impending victory (reset on assist for the love of all that is holy).

As someone who is pretty opinionated myself, I’m pretty sure they are just someone who posts their ideas and facets they find important. Sometimes I agree sometimes I don’t, but I think the posts are too long to just be a turd they hope someone will step in.
Or instead of having a tantrum and throwing the baby out with the bathwater, said person knows what they’re talking about due to critical thinking skills and experience finding solutions in tiers which are not as favourable in the ‘meta’.
But nah, must’ve trolled my way to timing all keys at 11 as a dps war. /s
