Tbh i even think the baseline glow for this weapon is a good start.
Remember how hated dreadflame was? We had mop, wod, and legion enchants and then bfa was a major step down. Then they progressively got worse during shadowlands and now no one complains about dreadflame because of how bad the slands enchants are lol.

I enjoy dreadflame, the flames are unique. However the tyranny illusions are better.

This illusion is just too subtle and similar to the s3 enchant.

I think this idea is shared by the entire PVP community.
We want people to notice the rating/rank from across the map in a BG. This one feels like someone not sure what it is so they search it only to find it’s a time consuming illusion that doesn’t look as good as many of the ones that drop off raid bosses.

Wishin’ we’d get another obnoxious lightsaber illusion.
Mop was a decade ago, when this was implemented. Surely graphical requirements have reached the point where they could revert it or implement illusions like it.

100% they can they just nerf things for no reason, absolutely 0 reason to nerf Chromatic Sword and they did it, 0 reason to nerf season 4 illusion but they did it, Hell they literally forgot to add in an illusion for season 1 BFA then had to make Dreadflame while the season was active then patch it in and it looks 100000000x better than the completely unnoticeable nerfed season 4 illusion were getting, It’s like they are completely dedicated to scoping out what people like and taking it away.

Plus iirc u can tune down pixelly effects like enchants in the settings if its really causing the fax machine ur playing on to chug.
