Well Sylvanas’ bow they just made a fated version of it, didn’t they.

I don’t think they’re gonna do the same for the evoker leggo or the axe because they’re quest based, and not drops.

Yes and No. There was a fated version on the vendor but if you had the bow already from S2 you instead could buy upgrade items to increase the ilvl. They will probably do something similar with both DF legendary.
