Will the current conquest gear be for sale as transmog sets with marks of honor in 9.1? Thanks.
I don’t think so afaik. It was only by the end of BFA, sometime after the release of Shadowlands, that the Aspirant / Gladiator PVP sets & weapons in BFA finally became available with Marks of Honor.

The Season 1 appearances won’t be available at all in 9.1. The appearances will be unavailable to obtain until at least 10.0, presumably to keep the rewards exclusive for a time.

If the pattern continues from BFA you’ll probably have to wait until the next expansion…
But the real answer is we don’t know.

The rated items never are. The non-rated items typically get added in subsequent patches for marks.
You need 1800 most of the items, but 2100 to unlock the cloak and get it to be easily moggable via the set window in the default mog ui. Otherwise you have to find them individually which is kind of irritating.
Essentially the 2100 (cloak) is required for the set to be considered “complete” via the default set mog ui.
