I was just messing around with this talent and after hitting the training dummy for 5 minutes straight with every radiant damage ability I could it didnt proc a single time?
I always like the Idea of not talenting into Final Reckoning and taking DA and SL just for fun but the damage SL provides is pretty small on top of its not proccing?
Anyone else have this problem or can confirm it to be true and not just me?
