Seals of Wartorn Fate going away

My understanding is that these will be replaced in SL with the Vault. But what about world bosses and other content still in BfA? All I’ve read is that the seals will be going away in favor of the vault system.

But what about older content? I still have 4 of these tokens in my currency collection. Since we are getting some stuff refunded (i.e. Titum Residuum) with coin, will this also happen to these tokens?

Seal systems from previous epansions will stay, SL won’t have a bonus roll system.

No. In SL, loot is being brought back down to loot being just loot. There is no more such things like bonus loot off of bosses and such. But every expansion has its own rules and currencies. You can likely still purchase seals for previous expansions.
