i normally dont do a angry post on here but this one kinda got me. so i did shadowmourne on my death knight finally after years got the sealed chest and was able to get the crimson deapth charger but the other items did not pop there quest each one soulbound unable to click or anything i sent a ticket to blizz there first response was to check wowhead like are you serious. so i did and my guild did research we tryed moving them to my bank everything we could to maybe force these to pop a quest so i updated my ticket they ask me to delete item and use item restoration service to restore it to pop quest only quess what you cant restore them there not in database for it so iv updated my ticket. so this post is for anyone that encounters this and warning that blizzard probaly not gonna help if any of you run into this love ur feedback again iv never did a angry post but this took me years to do and finally saw a end to this then all my work faelt useless cause i cant even get my tabard my portal my music box for completeing it

Sorry for your troubles. There was a time in the way-back machine that a live WoW GM could’ve changed a quest state on an item and forced that quest to pop for you. Those days have been long gone for over a decade.
Now you get redirected to Wowhead and the customer service people don’t have the same latitude/power that old GMs had… they can’t really fix anything for you, but if it’s a cash transaction in the Shop, you can bet they will elevate that and someone with actual authority will get it sorted quickly. Quests? Not so much.
