Seal of the Dawn upgrading still time-gated?

I can’t find any updated info on this. I have enough Remnants to max out my seal in time for a Naxx run tomorrow, but I want to make sure I can max it out all at once and the time-gating is gone before I sign up.

Obviously I can figure this out later this evening when I have the chance to log in, but I was hoping someone could put my mind at ease on the meantime.

You can. Time-gating was just server-wide mechanic (max seal lvl is limited to all server each week, not to individual player), and now all players can get max lvl seal if have enough remnants
