Ok, so I haven’t done M+/raiding in like forever. How is obtaining this, and what is the quickest way obtain/upgrade it? As i understand, it’s not worth getting if you dont’ fully upgrade it correct?
Timed keys give 12 crests, untimed are 5
Yo can upgrade it solely via pvp, but keys/raid are probably a bit quicker
For pvp though, don’t you have to have like a 2400 rating to fully upgrade it via that route? Also, for Mythic+, can it be any level to fully upgrade, or does it need to be +3, +6? etc?
You’ll need to do +7s to get the final crests. But yes, you can get it all through m+ without going too deep into it
I think it’s just duelist for the red crests now.
2-5 for blue, 6+ for reds

Yeah you can win 60+ matches above 2100. M+ faster though
no you just need 2100 and it’s 1 per win
i had 120 of the duelist crests and was able to turn 60 of them into the rival crests thru the vendor by the AH
still kept 60 duelist crests which let me upgrade from 493-528 instantly
keys are a lot faster it’s like 5 m0s, 5 m+2s, and 5 m+6s which you can do easily in a weekend via lfg
120 wins could take you like a month

Isn’t it not worth it unless fully upgraded though, so like red crests?
You need both.
Red can be downgraded to blue at a 1:1 
lastly, are +7’s that hard to do? and what kind of illvl should you have?
you only need +6’s and they aren’t hard at all
if you have full conq gear or honor gear fully upgraded via flightstones (you should have like 5k if you played last season)
you should be able to do 200-250k overall dps and thats about all you need for the content

Ok, also, which classes really benefit from the seal of filial duty and seal of diurna’s chosen the most in terms of the proc? Which classes do fire damage besides obviously fire mage?
Warriors, paladins, death knights with fyrakk axe. Seen some people using the shadowflame enchant on other weps if they dont have the legendary to force proc the rings.
DH does alot of fire dmg wouldnt they proc the rings more often?
So is it worth picking up those rings just for the stats if you don’t deal fire dmg as a class AND don’t have the legendary 2 hander?
Probably if you don’t mind the upgrading. You can deal fire damage with the shadowflame embellishment, I think.
the 535 low haste high mastery ring is worth it regardless of the proc
the crit vers one probably isn’t worth it if you aren’t using fyrakk
losing the 1200 mast from zone of focus probably isn’t worth getting shadowflame+ring
you just put zone on a different slot
