While doing the Seal of ascention i have done this quest before so note that i know what i am doing and after turning in the gems and aquiring the seal to put down when the NPC Emberstrife is below 25% and then controlling him when he is below 10% i was able to get to this step and then after that i used his ability to charge the seal which set me ona 3 hour cooldown and has stayed on the cooldown after deleting the quest and running back to lbrs and trying a second time and then also trying to kill the ember to see if it reset cooldown and then killing and swapping layers as well along with disabling my addons too. Nothing has seemed to work and as you can find it frustrating as this is a key to UBRS and this is something you grind very hard for to get the gems for aquire this seal. I have gotten this seal many times before in the past and never had this issue and hope that this gets resolved.
