Seal of Accession - Emberstrife

Went down to Emberstrife to complete the key quest for UBRS. Kited Emberstrife down using Hibernate and Starfire. Place the item on the ground, Mind controled Emberstrife but no options appearred on my screen to make him breath fire. Tried 5 times with diffrent options on my uI to see if Addon’s were the problem and shut the all off. NO JOY.

Anyone elses have this issue?

Same thing happened when controlling Razorgore in BWL today. Had to set a macro to get him to destroy eggs. But that was before this latest reset.
