I have killed at LEAST 100-200 mobs already and still havent seen it. I am fairly certain my character is bugged since i had gotten it before and deleted it because i did not know what it did, and now i cant get it again.
I contacted a gm and he said to submit a bug report. PLEASE FIX I WANT THE DAMN MOUNT

I have the same problem and I can’t get into contact with anyone to help. Talk about a crappy game. This game just keeps going down the toilet. How abvout you do your job Blizzard and help us?
You need to have gotten the one from the Key Ring in the Jailers room, one from a chest, one from Guarm Mate (it’s like a key in a hand you have to use), and one from a Maldraxxi Defector. If you have done those at least once, and lost one, then the maldraxxi or chests should should drop an extra.
Are you sure you have gotten those first three already?
Yeah. We can’t get the one from, the Maldraxxi mobs to drop. Got all the other ones and Blizzard keeps saying there is no bug. If thats the case, then pigs can also fly.
