I have deleted the keys previously without knowing what they were used for and now I am no longer getting the keys and can’t get the ring now.
WowHead has a comment from someone who did something similar and found a solution:
I can’t tell from the comments which chests and which area are meant. Could be either the Mawsworn chests in Perdition Hold or the Helgard Supply Caches in Desmotaeron. I would guess the latter, since the Seal-breaker Key is in the normal loot table for those.
So, if I understand correctly: farm up all the other keys you still can, use them on the cage, and then farm up replacements for your lost keys in the Mawsworn Supply Caches.
this is correct, the keys are re-obtainable using the same chest method. in my case, i opened a ticket not stating How, but they can be obtained after 4.
