A good PvP fight is against someone of similar level, +/- 5 levels maybe. Additionally, it should be fair. No attacking someone while they’re engaging a mob or recovering from a fight. That’s not PvP, that’s just cheap. And coming out of the shadows to stun lock and shred is almost auto death.
It seems when people are miffed about certain behaviors on PVP servers, they’re really just looking to duel or bg. Both those things can be found on PVE.
So far my experience has been that gnomes and dwarfs are the bottom rung of humanity. Most alliance on Whitemane seem cool, but it’s the gnome mage you didn’t jack in the middle of their aoe pull who’s going to turn on you as soon as the roles are reversed. Or the skull dwarf priest with 3 friends who’s going to spend 20 minutes chasing you in thousand needles trying to MC you and have a mob finish you off for durability loss.
All the edgy teenagers and sociopaths play undeads. Specifically mages and rogues.
I see more undead mages safespotting and undead mages/rogues camping instance portals solo. I don’t care about the above though. Its the corpse camping that gets really annoying, but that’s not exclusive to the above, they just seem to do it more.
Basically they roll undead for the WOTF, being able to break fear from a priest/warrior/warlock trying to get somewhere lets you be extra annoying.
I’m still leveling.
Hit 55 yesterrday, I was planning to BRD spam but I ran into moronic DPS.
Try to LoS pull, the mage Novas them before they get around the corner and blasts them with CoC.
Hey is it our fault that you all taste so good? Of course I agree with that thread a week ago, that gnomes are superior in every way. Fried, broiled, charcoal grilled. But they’re just a snack. After a long day ganking lowbies and camping their bodies I’m hungry and a gnome just won’t do. I need a dwarf or a human. I need a full meal.
