Been running around looking for lost treasure but i go to the spots and cant seem to find anything. anyone know whats going on???

Youve probably figured it out by now. But anyway, click on the item in your bags will give you the buff. then go to the circled areas. when you are close to the treasure, an icon will appear on your screen. click on it and the chest appears. If the icon doesn’t appear, you may be above or below where the chest is. the circle on the map doesn’t indicate the altitude of the chest, so you may have to go up or down.
I’ve tried doing this and it doesn’t work. I go to the areas in Nazjatar and it just simply isn’t appearing at all. Not sure if something was done wrong or it’s just bugging out but it’s not allowing me to perform any actions for the quest.
