This a very specific interest topic but I take a lot of screenshots in WoW to appreciate the art assets, recall some nostalgia and share that with others. I would, however, love it, if it were possible, to use a macro to take a screenshot but also name the image of the location or coordinates of where the image was taken. More than likely impossible but I had to ask, I want others to be able to visit these places themselves when I can’t remember the area I took the screenshot.
Location should be visible on your minimap.
I don’t think you can mess with the file naming conventions for screenshots though.
It might be possible to create something that “watermarks” your screen shot with location information when you take one, specially with Alt-Z active. Otherwise, what Elvenbane said.

Yeah I have Alt-Z active when I take them so I’m not sure how to include the info
When I typed the reply it struck me that if it was possible to do, then something similar would already have been created.
I found this on WoWI in about a minute searching for “screen” so there are probably others with various options on WoWI and/or Curse.
