Screen Size Problem

Since a recent patch, now whenever I launch WoW the screen image is bigger than the monitor’s display area. The disparity on my 27" Asus MG279Q monitor at 2560x1440 resolution seems to be about 1/4" horizontally and vertically. If I switch from fullscreen windowed to windowed and then back again the image adjusts to the proper size. Also, if I turn off the monitor and back on again the problem goes away until WoW is launched again. Very rarely, the game launches with the correct screen image size. I am running on Windows 10 with a Nvidia RTX 4070Ti graphics card. I have another PC with same exact Monitor paired with a Geforce GTX 1080 which does not have this problem. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

Edit#1: The screen problem is not on all 4 sides. The top of the screen is in the correct place and not cut off. Also, just about any graphics option change resizes the screen to the correct size.

Edit #2: If I launch WoW directly from the executable in the retail folder this problem cannot be reproduced. The problem is directly because of the launcher starting WoW.

The scaling is broken on the recent patch; for some resaon it seems to be changing based on your Windows desktop DPI scaling.
