… and nowhere else. Anyone one have a fix for this? EDITED TO ADD: I can scroll up or down one line and make it stop, so I think this would be a problem just with Blizz.

I’m having a hard time picturing this condition, could be a browser issue? Desktop or mobile? Discourse which produces the forum software has a forum i believe, but outside of local loading issues while on a mobile connection I’ve not seen it shimmer.
