On my DH I noticed my screen shakes only when using certain abilities, namely chaos strike. Its very subtle but still noticeable. And this only happens on my dh, every other class I try is completely fine. I have tried:
-disabling all addons
-updating graphic drivers
-playing in windowed mode instead of windowed fullscreen
-making sure the action camera thing is disabled
-setting my monitor to 60hz instead of 144hz
-using my 2nd monitor/disabling my second monitor
-turning vertical sync on/off
Here is a video of it happening, you can really notice it if you look at the nameplates.
