This isn’t WoW related, but this is the only website Bug Report forum and this has been going on for a while.
The SCR forums portraits have been bugged out for quite a while.
Same on mobile.
Just checked myself to see if this issue was happening on my end and it appears to be. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Makes the Forums there look really broken.
