Has Blizzard added the scouting map heirloom yet?
Really would like to get the darned thing so I don’t have to worry about Flight paths on every single alt.

With the addition of Warbands sharing flightpaths and allegedly maps, this is no longer an item that would be worth the effort by Blizzard to implement.
You can unlock them stupid easy on alts by just whizzing around on your drake.
Already done that on my main and two other alts. Its silly.
Blizzard has the Scouting Maps they should be putting one out for Dragonflight too. Be a lot easier to just use the map like every other expansion.
They have not, but yes please. I wish we could have this. I seem to recall getting the SL map in the Korthia patch.

Yeah, like I didn’t expect it in the first patch or anything but we’re about halfway which I did kinda expect it by.
Hope they add it in soon. (hope they didn’t just forget about the system.)

“every other expansion” has released it late into the expansion; probably 10.2 or 10.3.
In the meantime you’ll just have to suffer the trivial labor of hitting a few key locations which will take you… 20 minutes maybe?

Like The shadowlands map didn’t release until late in the expansion and that’s the nearest paralel. Hell I’m not even sure that they sold the maps prior to BFA.
As to not having everything unlocked: I didn’t bother on most of my characters since a lot of locations don’t really matter and I’m not going to need to go there.
Thus the need for the map seems… petty? Gonna go with petty.

Honestly I usually just hearth to Valdrakken… Sometimes it’s just on cool down or I need to go help out my kid and a fp can just do a bit of multitasking for me. Lol
I love dragonflying but still miss my flight whistle
Scouting Maps feel like a waste of 10k or whatever they are.
I feel like leveling is so short, there isn’t a real reason to buy these. Def not worth 10k investment.
Anyone else also notice how easy it is to make gold now?
I have more gold now than I’ve ever needed, and I don’t like it lol.
Are people that buy the token literally spending it on anything?
I’ve posted things (pets and mogs) at some absurd prices, and they still get bought.
Speaking of QoL that I think should have stuck around. Just keep upgrading it as you level higher for new zones.
I like them myself. Partially for the map unlocks and partially for the FP’s. And 10K I think is a fine price for it given what it really does. Thats a lot of extra effort I don’t have to work through and forever more. I appreciate the option and the price for that.
I did notice its easier to generate a fair amount of gold of late. I don’t mind that at all. I can’t play hardcore like I used to so being able to still make gold to get the things I’d like to is really nice. (without needing a token I mean)

Love the little tyke but 3 of him would be both a mess and so tiring.
About the halfway mark to last patch. Didn’t get the BFA ones until (and most other expansions) the .2 and I believe we finally got the SLs one in the .3 patch.
