So almost 4 weeks ago i started the quest Worldvein Rumors. i have the needed items but Flynn is not standing at table for me to turn the quest in. After some very deep digging i found that it might have to do with my characters (Thalovantis-Blackhand) quest line progression. i must have accepted the scouting map quest for Tiragarde Sound and then abandoned it. Now, because of this i am unable to turn in the quest to Flynn. Furthermore, when trying the mission table’s tab for the scouting map it shows up as an available quest and upon clicking on it then selecting accept it goes away and does not get added into my quest log. I have looked on on every website, at every forum i could find and i also have went a did what quests i could find in Tiragarde Sound to maybe “discover” it again but no luck. So anyone from Blizz or anyone who maybe able to assist me so i can get that rank 3 essence, would you please help! Thanks all who read and help me in advance!
