Completed the achievment “Cyphers of the First Ones” and received the schematic for the Pale Regal Cervid in the mail. After turning in the quest at the Protoform Synthesis location for mounts, it does not show up as an option for crafting. My husband also plays and did it all the same as I did and it doesn’t show up for him either.

Same issue, been bugged since Dragonflight at least based on wowhead comments. Submitted bug reports but don’t expect them to fix it any time soon.

GM tried to restore the Schematic Item, but when I tried to use it, it said Quest Completed.
Definately bugged. Spent hours trying to get this fixed and they said log a bug report.

Same problem here. As a completionist, it’s frustrating to see that 1 mount unlearned, especially since there’s nothing I can do about it!!
I submitted a ticket asking them to take the appropriate crafting materials out of my bags and replace with the mount; here’s hoping they can do that.

I can confirm this bug has been fixed as of the 11.1 patch release. Pale Regal Cervid is now available to be crafted.
